Ho’olu komo la kaua

tofu poke 
Tofu poke served with local Kahuku limu, Maui onions, green onion, Alae salt, Hawaiian chili, and a ginger shoyu sauce. 
MAHALO KALO
Chunky pudding of taro, sweet potato, local ice cream bananas and coconut milk, topped with macadamia nuts, strawberries, bananas and coconut flakes.  A healthy desert!

Rice sautéed with sweet Maui onions, salt and pepper, garlic, and saffron. Include a layer of nuts and cherry juice and cherries. Once steamed to perfection we add a fresh green layer of finely chopped and/or minced lemon grass.

Fresh local harvest sweet potatoes steamed with coconut milk and Hawaiian salt, then finished with a sauté of coconut oil to bring out a sweet taste that is finally covered with cracked pepper to balance the sweetness. One taste and you’ll be transported to a different planet.

Avocado, sweet potatoes and taro wrapped in sweet potato leaves and steamed to perfection. 
‘ulu (breadfruit) loaf
Steamed ‘ulu wrapped in banana leaf and spices. A fan favorite for vegetarians. Seasonal.

Zucchini pasta served with Kahuku sea asparagus pesto, Parmesan cheese, and fresh cherry tomatoes.

Fresh local ogo limu (seaweed), sweet cherry tomatoes, Maui onion, Hawaiian chili peppers, with fresh papaya, avocado and basil. All cooked in lemon and lime with a bed of fresh lettuce.
Veggie luau
A delicious stew of taro, sweet potatoes, and ‘ulu (breadfruit) if available, with a stock of taro leaves cooked with spices and coconut milk.

Kahuku Sea Asparagus, cucumbers, avocado, Maui onion, garlic, tomatoes, basil, goat cheese, olive oil, cracked pepper, lemon and lime.

Fresh local Prawns served on fresh local Ogo Limu (seaweed), sweet cherry tomatoes, Maui onion, Hawaiian chili peppers, with fresh papaya, avocado and basil. All cooked in lemon and lime with a bed of fresh lettuce.

Locally caught tako (octopus), Kahuku limu, Maui onion, green onion, sesame oil and a light shoyu sauce.

Imu style whole chicken cooked with Alae salt, and deeply wrapped in banana leaves to seal in all the juices and infuse the Imu flavor. Served with local taro break away buns, caramelized and green onion.

Imu style Pua’a (Local Pig) slow cooked to perfection wrapped in Banana leaves to seal in the flavor. Served with locally made taro break away buns, caramelized and green onion. Ask for fresh papaya BBQ sauce if you want. It doesn’t need it though!

‘Onolicious Grindz

scrimpin’ ain’t easy
Local shrimp cooked with garlic, lime, pineapple (or mango depending on seasonal availability), basil, Maui onions, Alae salt and cracked pepper.

Baked Ono crusted with a mixture of coconut, lime zest, garlic, Hawaiian Salt and pepper. Simple yet refined this dish is tender, flaky, super juicy and tasty. Served with a coconut milk, Hawaiian chili pepper and lime sauce with secret spices that add a punch to the taste buds.
ONO DA MAHI MAHI
Local Mahi Mahi seared on one side that has been seasoned with lemon juice, ginger, garlic Hawaiian salt and pepper. To finish this delectable dish, we poach it in a sauce bath of Miso, Sake, Ginger, Garlic, lemon zest. This dish is refreshing, yet packs a nice bit of healthy protein and a wallop of flavors that will have you begging for more.

Locally caught Ahi, Kahuku limu, Hawaiian chili, Maui onion, green onion, and a fresh ginger shoyu sauce.

Fresh locally caught Uhu, stuffed with ginger, onions, tomatoes, garlic, Hawaiian Chili Pepper, our special Aioli sauce, Portuguese sausage, Hawaiian Salt, cracked pepper, lemon, lime juice. Next, wrapped in a bed of ti leaves and broiled so the skin is crisp but the insides crumble and melts in your mouth, as you wonder how to put your life back together after the experience of raising your taste buds to meet the holiest of island flavors. This meal is reserved for smaller parties and fit to be served at a table set for Kings, Queens and Gods.
