Inquire about our special Hunter Gatherer dinners, where we setup shop at an exclusive farm location and serve select hunted foods paired with wines from Modus Operandi, and have open table discussions facilitated by Chef Ignacio. Breakfast Catering

DA HULI SCRAMBLE
Country style organic local eggs, scrambled with tomatoes, Maui onions, bell peppers, avocado and goat cheese. 
ALL HASH
Taro and sweet potato hash browns with Maui onion, garlic, basil, cracked pepper and alae salt.
MOKE CAKES
Taro pancakes topped with ice cream bananas and macadamia nuts. 
HANALEI HOTTIE
Granola and yogurt, with macadamia nuts and fresh seasonal local fruits.
MAHALO KALO
Pudding of taro, sweet potato, local ice cream bananas and coconut milk topped with  with macadamia nuts, strawberries, bananas and coconut flakes.       
Da Zinger
Ginger, pineapple, mint, and sugar cane.

Waialua, fresh roasted.

lunch Catering

MANOA LETTUCE
Monoa lettuce and mix greens, with tomatoes, thin sliced onions, cucumbers, our own mix of fresh made salad dressing. 
HAWAIIAN ROOTS
Baked taro, yams taro, yams and Okinawan sweet potatoes. tossed in fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, alae salt, and cracked pepper.
WILD HAWAIIAN PESTO
Zucchini pasta served with Kahuku sea asparagus pesto, parmesan cheese, and fresh cherry tomatoes.
NO OGLE MY OGO
Fresh local ogo limu (seaweed), sweet cherry tomatoes, Maui onion, Hawaiian chili peppers, with fresh papaya, avocado and basil. All cooked in lemon and lime with a bed of fresh lettuce.

Dinner catering

SCRIMPIN' AIN'T EASY
Local shrimp cooked with garlic, lime, pineapple (or mango depending on seasonal availability), basil, Maui onions, Alae salt and cracked pepper.
COCO, NO ACT NUTS FISH
Baked Ono crusted with a mixture of coconut, lime zest, garlic, Hawaiian Salt and pepper. 
ONO DA MAHI MAHI
Local Mahi Mahi seared on one side, seasoned with lemon juice, ginger, garlic Hawaiian salt and pepper. Then poached in a bath of sauce of Miso, Sake, Ginger, Garlic, lemon zest. 
FALSE CRACK MEDIVAC
Imu style Pua’a (Local Pig) slow cooked to perfection wrapped in Banana leaves to seal in the flavor. Served with locally made taro break away buns, caramelized and green onion.
